Deputy Manager- Digital Marketing

About you & what you’ll do:

  1. The candidate will be responsible for creating, planning and executing strategies and campaigns across channels such as Social Media, Google ads, SEO, SEM and content marketing.
  2. Research topics, competition and content
  3. Develop social media strategy
  4. Create original content – images, graphics, videos (with the help of the in-house editor and graphic designer)
  5. Scheduling content
  6. Monitor social media feeds 24/7 and stay on top of things
  7. Study and analyze metrics to improve performance and sales
  8. SEO
  9. Daily engagement with our subscriber base
  10. He/she will be analyzing marketing campaign performances and provide actionable insights
  11. and opportunities for enhancement, continuous testing, and optimization to increase campaign effectiveness
  12. Operations Experience: You will be required to have an analytical, structured approach gained through solid experience.

You must have an in depth and up-to-date knowledge about:

  1. Website Creation and Management
  2. Google Adwords, Display Network, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and all other social media channels.
  3. Knowledge of required tool-sets like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Meltwater, software etc.
  4. Online Reputation Management

What you’ll need:

  1. A minimum of 4-5 years of relevant digital marketing experience
  2. Deep understanding of content marketing and best practices
  3. Paid search, social, SEO and display channel expertise
  4. Exceptional oral and written communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to get work completed.
  5. Working knowledge of one or more of the analytics packages (e.g. Google Analytics, excel) and proven ability to drive data-driven decision making.
  6. Team handling role
