About the role:

Manages all social media channels, campaigns, to sustain an engaging audience experience and to increase audience satisfaction. Researches and analyses social media trends, including social media ad revenue and web visitor data, to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy. Works with various company departments to promote overall brand through social media channels.

Key Responsibility Areas:

  1. Oversees all company/client social media accounts management
  2. Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages
  3. Coordinates social media messaging with advertising departments, brand managers, and quarterly or seasonal company goals
  4. Audits and analyses social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns
  5. Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages
  6. Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces
  7. Will take ownership to measure, moderate and monitor social media activity to understand what works, and plan for new communications and campaigns.

What you’ll need:

  1. A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant social media experience
  2. Deep understanding of content marketing and best practices
  3. Paid/Un paid social media channel expertise
  4. Exceptional oral and written communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to get work completed.
  5. Will stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the social media world and align the company’s goals to deliver the right message online.
  6. Ability to multi-task and Should be a team player
